iTunes and Apple iPod are like the Siamese twins of the gadget industry. iPod ia one of the most popular and cherished mp3 players and the Apple iTunes complements as a very good interface software for the iPod making the iPod the most easy to use mp3 player.

But great things do go wrong at times and there have been a lot of errors encouneterd with iPod as well as iTunes. The most prevalant error with iTunes is the iTunes Error 5002. Since 2005, the iTunes Error 5002 has been around. The fix to iTunes Error 5002 is already available but Error 5002 just won’t go away even with iTunes 8.
So lets now know what the iTunes Error 5002 is all about. If you’re shopping in iTunes using their built-in shopping cart and get Error 5002, then you’re definitely stuck in one step and no longer can complete your transaction/s. For most users, this is annoying and confusing. Some ask “Was my purchase made?”, “Was my transaction successful?” The simple answer is most likely NO.
